Shultz Solutions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates EngrAssist Tools (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App, and describes your rights under applicable privacy laws worldwide.

1. Information We Collect

EngrAssist Tools is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not operate user accounts and we do not transmit your data to our servers.

Stored locally on your device only:

• Tool usage history (which calculators you have opened recently)
• App preferences (selected theme, pinned tools)
• Calculator inputs and results you enter during a session
• City or location names you type into drainage and weather tools (text only — no GPS or precise location)

Information we do NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifier
• GPS or precise device location
• Device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, etc.)
• Crash reports or analytics telemetry
• Advertising or tracking data

2. How We Use Your Information

All information described above is used solely to personalise your in-app experience — for example, to remember your theme preference and recently used tools. No processing occurs on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The App loads a single static branding image from Cloudflare R2 object storage at startup. This is a standard content-delivery request; no personal data from you is included. Cloudflare’s privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social media trackers.

Subscription purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and subscription status is verified through RevenueCat. These providers receive only the anonymous transaction identifier required to validate your purchase.

4. Data Retention

All data is stored on your device via the app’s local storage. It is retained until you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings. We do not retain any copies on our infrastructure.

5. International Data Transfers

Because all data remains on your device, no personal data is transferred internationally by us. The Cloudflare R2 image fetch is a stateless network request containing no personal information.

6. Your Privacy Rights

All Users

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing the App’s cache or storage in your device’s Settings → Apps → EngrAssist Tools.

EU / EEA Residents (GDPR)

Because we do not collect personal data that leaves your device, the processing activities described in this policy rely on legitimate interest (local-only personalisation with no risk to your rights) and do not require consent under GDPR. You retain rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability of any personal data we do hold. UK Residents (UK GDPR / DPA 2018)

The same rights described above apply to UK residents. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. To exercise your rights, email EngrAssist@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Brazil Residents (LGPD)

Under Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, you have the right to confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, information about sharing, and portability. To exercise these rights or submit a complaint, contact us at EngrAssist@gmail.com.

India Residents (DPDP Act 2023)

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access information about processing, the right to correction and erasure, and the right to grievance redressal. Our grievance officer can be reached at EngrAssist@gmail.com.

7. Children’s Privacy

EngrAssist Tools is a professional engineering reference tool and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data stored within the App. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law (e.g., 72 hours under GDPR). 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice on the next app launch following the update. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
