Delete your account

This request covers EngrAssist: MEP Design Tools on Android, the EngrAssist iOS app, and the EngrAssist website.

• In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
• On the website: open Account Settings, sign in, choose Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm.

Successful account deletion permanently removes your authentication account, profile, cloud-saved projects, and EngrAssist subscription-access record. Local tool settings and history remain on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app.

Request deletion by email

You can request deletion without installing the app or completing sign-in. Email EngrAssist@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject EngrAssist account deletion request. We may need to verify account ownership before deleting data.

Delete data without closing your account

You can ask us to remove support correspondence, feedback, and attachments while keeping your account. Email EngrAssist@gmail.com with the subject EngrAssist Privacy Request. Identify the correspondence or data you want removed, and use the address used for that correspondence or associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership.

Support correspondence is not automatically removed by account deletion. It is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain security and business records, or meet legal obligations; you may request its removal separately. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or payment card details in a request.

Subscriptions and retained records

If you connected Sign in with Apple, after deletion follow Apple's instructions to remove EngrAssist from Sign in with Apple unless the app confirmed that Apple access was removed. Website deletion does not automatically remove Apple authorization. This is separate from cancelling an App Store subscription.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account to prevent renewal. Web subscriptions are cancelled as part of successful account deletion.

After successful deletion, active EngrAssist account data is removed. We retain a minimal internal account-deletion record containing your account identifier and deletion timestamp indefinitely to prevent delayed billing events from recreating access. It is not used to contact, profile, or market to you. Payment and subscription providers may retain transaction records under their own policies. Limited records may also be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security obligations.
