Subscription help
Manage or cancel
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → EngrAssist Tools.
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EngrAssist Tools.
Restore purchases
Open EngrAssist Tools → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases, or Google Play’s refund flow for Play Store purchases.
FAQ
Are the results code-compliant?
EngrAssist Tools outputs are design aids only and must be reviewed by a licensed professional and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) before use.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All calculators run entirely on your device. An internet connection is only used for subscription verification and to load branding assets.
